TBJP Estrogen Control 60 Caps, I3C + DIM Stack
TBJP Estrogen Control is a four-ingredient indole-based hormonal balance capsule for male lifters managing estrogen metabolite pathways. Each capsule delivers Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) 200mg, DIM (diindolylmethane) 100mg, Broccoli Extract 50mg and Black Pepper Extract 10mg. The 60-capsule bottle provides 60 servings at one capsule daily.
I3C at 200mg is a glucosinolate found in brassica vegetables that converts to DIM in the acidic stomach environment, providing a sequential delivery of both parent compound and active metabolite. DIM at 100mg acts directly on the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) to modulate cytochrome P450 enzyme expression - specifically CYP1A1 and CYP1B1 - which shifts estrogen metabolism towards the 2-hydroxy pathway and away from the 16-alpha-hydroxy pathway. Broccoli extract at 50mg provides additional glucosinolate substrate. Black pepper extract at 10mg (BioPerine equivalent) improves bioavailability via P-glycoprotein inhibition.
I3C and DIM are often sold as two separate products. Using them together provides both the precursor (I3C) and the primary active (DIM) simultaneously, covering both the conversion step and the downstream receptor effect. This is a more complete approach than DIM alone, which bypasses the I3C precursor that also has independent AhR signalling.
TBJP Estrogen Control suits male natural athletes and those post-cycle wanting to support estrogen metabolite balance, and lifters who notice signs of elevated estrogen during a gaining phase. It is not a pharmaceutical anti-estrogen and does not block aromatase directly. No common allergens declared.
