I've been taking these every day for the last six months. While it's difficult to measure whether a vitamin (which is essentially what these are) is actually working, it's inevitable that your testosterone levels will dip as you age (I'm 50), and it's important to find a natural way to support testosterone development. I believe that this supplement does just that.
As a side note, I take XL Test alongside the XL Nutrition Build capsules. I've been taking both every day for six months.
I take all six capsules at once, in the morning.
The biggest result I've seen is that I feel less tired and, as a result of having more energy, my workouts are more intense.
