Per4m Advanced Protein Blend 1.8kg is a multi-source protein powder. Each 33g scoop provides 20g of protein at 120 kcal, with 6.9g of carbohydrate, 6.3g of sugars, 1.1g of fat, 0.1g of fibre and 0.33g of salt. Those are the label values for Vanilla Creme. Across the six flavours we stock, the front of pack declares 20g to 21g of protein and 118 to 120 kcal per scoop, with White Chocolate Hazelnut at 21g.
The protein blend combines whey protein concentrate, skim milk powder, egg white protein, milk protein concentrate, micellar casein and whey protein isolate. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The 1.8kg tub holds 54 servings of one 33g scoop, mixed with 200 to 250ml of water or milk.
Alongside the whey proteins, the blend includes micellar casein and egg white protein. Per4m suggest it for shakes as well as overnight oats, yoghurt, smoothies and baking. It is manufactured in Ireland for Per4m and sweetened with sucralose.
It suits anyone who wants a flavoured protein shake between meals or after training. It contains milk, egg and soy, so it is not suitable for anyone avoiding those allergens, and it is not a vegan product.
