Our Commitment

Discount Supplements is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

We are working to improve the accessibility of our website on an ongoing basis. If you encounter any barriers, we want to hear from you so we can fix them.

What We Have Done

  • Semantic HTML headings and landmarks across all pages
  • Alt text on product images
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background colours
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and interactive elements
  • ARIA labels on buttons and icons that do not have visible text
  • Form labels associated with their input fields
  • Readable font sizes with responsive scaling across devices

Known Limitations

We are aware that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known issues include:

  • Some older product images may lack descriptive alt text
  • Third-party embedded content (such as review widgets or live chat) may not fully meet accessibility standards
  • Some PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader compatible

We are actively working to resolve these issues. If you encounter any specific problem, please let us know and we will prioritise it.

Report an Accessibility Issue

If you find something on our website that is not accessible or that makes it difficult for you to use, please contact us. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
