Have used the 60 before reviewing, wow is all i can say. This will gross you out. You actually see the fat floating when you #2 but it proves they work. Wish I'd found these ages ago. Being easter I put them through the mill and still lost weight. So go for it! You'll be amazed.

On the bottle it is 300mg as oppose to 200.
