TBJP Sustain is a post-training carbohydrate recovery drink combining a tri-carb blend with electrolytes in a single 30g serving. Each serving delivers a tri-carb blend of 25g total (barley flour 10g, cyclic dextrin 10g, fructose 5g), glycerol monostearate 1g, Himalayan pink salt 500mg and CocoMineral coconut water mineral complex 2g. The 1.8kg bag provides 60 servings.

The tri-carb approach uses three different carbohydrate sources for complementary glycogen replenishment. Barley flour provides slow-absorbing complex carbohydrate for sustained glycogen restoration over time. Cyclic dextrin provides the fast gastric-emptying fraction for the immediate post-training window. Fructose at 5g replenishes liver glycogen - which muscle glycogen sources cannot do because fructose must be metabolised in the liver first.
