Huge range to pick from
Not for the faint-hearted, EHP Labs Oxyshred Hardcore has been formulated using scientifically researched ingredients shown to promote razor sharp focus, off-chart performance and dialled-up consistent energy to get you moving and shredding fat.
Similar to the original ultra concentration formulation, a number of stimulants have been dialled up to help facilitate fat burning. Studies on Green Coffee bean extract, Evodiamine, Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) suggest that they can enhance fat oxidation and reduce fat mass. A randomised, double-blind clinical study has provided scientific validation of green coffee bean functionality and recommended the safety of supplementation in healthy individuals.

I’ve been using OxyShred for a while now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. I was a bit skeptical at first—like with most fat burners, you never really know if it's going to be effective or just overhyped. But after incorporating it into my daily routine, I can say it actually lives up to a lot of the claims.
I usually take it first thing in the morning before my workouts, and the energy kick is just right. It’s not overwhelming or jittery like some pre-workouts I’ve tried in the past. Instead, it’s a smooth, clean boost that helps me wake up, focus, and power through my session. I’ve also noticed I don’t crash afterwards, which is a big win.
The fat-burning aspect? I won’t say it magically melts fat off, but I definitely feel like it helps—especially when my diet and training are on point. It’s like an extra edge that helps me stay leaner and more dialed in, especially during cutting phases.
One of my favorite parts? The taste. I’ve tried a few flavors and so far, Guava Paradise and Passionfruit are my go-to. They actually taste good, which makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement.
Overall, I really like OxyShred. It’s become a staple in my routine—whether I’m trying to lean out or just need a little mental and physical kickstart to my day. If you’re looking for a solid thermogenic that doesn’t make you feel cracked out and actually tastes good, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.
Amazing taste, Better than i expected and gives me a much more energy than regular pre work outs do!

Protein is essential for the human body as it serves as the building blocks for numerous vital processes and structures within the body. This includes muscle growth and repair, enzyme and hormone production, immune function, and structural support.
Protein powders are a convenient way to increase your protein intake and meet your daily protein needs. Protein powders are especially beneficial for people who have busy schedules and struggle to consume enough protein through food.
Protein powders can be used to quickly boost the protein content of foods such as Greek yoghurt, porridge oats and cream of rice. By mixing in a 30g scoop, you can easily add upwards of 20g of protein.
There are various types of protein powders, each providing unique sources, nutritional’s and benefits.
These are the most commonly found protein powders:
Whey Concentrate: Contains 70-80% protein with some fats and carbohydrates. Whey Concentrate is a budget friendly protein powder and is best for general use.
Whey Isolate: Contains upwards of 90% protein, with low amounts of fats and carbohydrates. Whey Isolate is more expensive than Whey Concentrate.
Casein: A slower release protein source commonly used at night-time to prevent muscle breakdown. Casein protein is naturally derived from milk.
Plant Based Proteins: There are various sources of plant-based proteins including Pea Protein, Rice Protein, Soy Protein, Hemp Protein and Plant Protein blends (e.g. Pea Protein & Hemp Protein). Plant Based Proteins are perfect for vegans and for those looking for a dairy-free protein powder.
Collagen Protein: Derived from animal connective tissues including bovine and marine sources. Collagen Protein is a poor option if your goal is to build muscle, however is great if you’re looking to support your joints, skin, hair and nails.
Sufficient protein intake is crucial for overall health, performance, and recovery. The recommended daily protein intake varies by age, gender, activity levels and your goals but generally ranges from 0.8g to 2.2g per kg of body weight.
