Recommended Usage

Below 75 kg: 1 portion of 6 g

Add 1 portion (6 g powder - 10 measuring units = 1/4 scoop = 1 flat tablespoon) to 100 ml of water. Portion 12 g and 18 g dissolve properly in 200 ml and 300 ml of water respectively.
