I work 12 hour shifts

I work 12 hour shifts which is a 14 hour day on the go for me used to feel exhausted at midday , but since taking these I'm getting through the day easier with out crashing. Combined with training now the weight is slowly coming off.

Highly recommend these fat burners. Been taking just over a week and noticed a major shift in my overall morning energy levels whilst fasted! My blood markers are showcasing my highest testerone levels to date, all i’m consuming supplement wise are these; Vitamin D 5000 IU’s with with Vitamin K, Iron 3 times per week, Omegas, Magnesium Glynicate, and Multivit + Electrolytes.
