Checking availability
If a product or flavour shows as out of stock on the website, that's live and accurate. We don't take orders for items we can't ship.
When will it be back?
We'd love to give you a date, and often we can't. Stock depends on manufacturing runs and delivery from the brand, and those dates move. Rather than promise a date we can't keep, we'd rather be straight with you: we usually don't have a confirmed ETA until the shipment is booked.
If you get in touch and ask about a specific product, we'll tell you what we actually know at that moment.
Discontinued lines and flavour changes
Occasionally a brand discontinues a flavour or reformulates a product. When that happens it won't be coming back, and we'll say so rather than leaving you waiting.
In the meantime
If your usual is unavailable, get in touch and tell us what you normally buy. We'll suggest the closest alternative we have in stock, which is often the same product in a different flavour or a comparable product from another brand.
