To get a faster answer
Include your order number in your first message. It's in your confirmation email and starts with 1004. Without it we have to come back and ask, which adds a day.
If you're reporting a damaged or faulty product, attach photos and the batch number straight away rather than waiting for us to ask.
Before you email
A lot of things are quicker to do yourself:

Your data and your account
If you'd like us to delete your account and the personal data we hold, or you'd like a copy of it, email support@discount-supplements.co.uk with "Data request" in the subject line. We'll confirm what we need from you to verify it's really your account before we action anything.
