Refund Policy

  • Changed your mind? Return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Faulty or incorrect? Full refund or replacement within 30 days, including return postage

  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy

Changed Your Mind

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Items should be in their original packaging. Supplements and food products must be returned unopened and with any hygiene seal intact, as these are exempt from cancellation rights once unsealed (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(d)).

How to return

  1. 1 Email support@discount-supplements.co.uk with your order number and let us know you want to return.
  2. 2 We confirm your return and send you our return address.
  3. 3 Post the item back to us. You arrange and pay for return shipping.
  4. 4 Once received and inspected, we refund the item cost plus your original standard delivery charge to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies whether or not the item has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is not as described, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage costs. You do not need to pay for return shipping on faulty or incorrect items.

After 30 days but within 6 months, we must offer a repair or replacement first. If that fails, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or proof of postage (whichever is earlier). Allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Short-dated items clearly marked at the point of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or unsealed supplements, food products, or any goods with a hygiene seal that has been broken after delivery, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This is in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(d) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempts goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address and the parcel is returned to us, an additional shipping charge will apply for re-dispatch. If you request a refund instead of re-dispatch, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your Legal Rights

Returns Questions

  • No, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is a legal exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • 5-10 working days after we confirm the refund has been processed. Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return postage cost. In both cases, we refund the original outbound delivery charge as required by law.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund including return postage costs.
