After taking the first dose I noticed pain in my heel the next day. I didn't take any notice of it up until the third day. Went to see the doctor and he asked if I was taking any supplements and told him about this. He said excessive Vit B6 can cause nerve damage in the hands or feet, which is why my foot is hurting. Stopped taking straight away!

However, aside from this im sleeping great, waking up fresh and recovering better. Would just recommend Zinc and magnesium.

I've used this a couple of times and it has helped with a good night's sleep. Best used with as little fluid as possible as not to wake up through the night to visit the loo. My dreams were more vivid than usual but that may have been a co-incidence.
