The High5 Recovery Drink is a high quality, whey protein isolate supplement powder that is design to assist your recovery as well as muscle growth & repair.

The blend of proteins and carbs are scientifically formulated to deliver the ultimate recovery formula.

This product is available in 3 delicious flavours, these include; Banana Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate.

Recommended Use

Mix the powder contents (3 scoops or 50g) into 400ml of water or milk and shake well. Use less fluids if you prefer a thicker texture. You can also use milk substitutes such as coconut, soy or oat milk.

Consume one serving (3 scoops) of Recovery Drink after exercise. For best results, use within 20 minutes of finishing exercise. You can also have another one or two servings later in the day or before you go to bed.

Not the first time I have ordered this product so yes I recommend. Pleasant Strawberry flavour and mixes better than some others. Best when mixed with milk.

I have always used High5

I have always used High5 protein. I find it easy to mix and generally use it with milk. taste wise, I prefer the banana & vanilla. Chocolate tastes good also. Not so keen on the strawberry but it is down to personal taste at the end.
