Recommended Usage

Based on a Cat E 850W Microwave:
1. Gently shake for 10 seconds.
2. Tear a 2cm opening each side to vent.
3. Heat for one & half minutes.
4. Tear off top of pack & stir.
5. Heat for one more minute the serve.

For Hob:
Empty the contents into a saucepan.
Warm over a low heat.
Stir occasionally.
