TBJP Hydration is a four-electrolyte sugar-free hydration powder for training and hot-weather fluid management. Each 10g serving delivers taurine 3000mg, potassium citrate 1160mg, magnesium citrate 465mg, pink Himalayan salt 450mg, fructooligosaccharides 1000mg and watermelon extract 500mg at 13kcal per serving. The 300g tub provides 30 servings.

Potassium at 1160mg (from potassium citrate) is the dominant electrolyte by dose - potassium is the primary intracellular cation and the most depleted electrolyte through heavy sweating. Sodium chloride at 100mg (from salt) plus the Himalayan salt 450mg provides extracellular sodium for fluid balance and nerve function. Magnesium citrate at 465mg contributes to normal muscle function (EFSA-authorised) and electrolyte balance. Taurine at 3000mg supports cell osmolyte regulation and membrane stability.
