Ship to Shop
Ship to Shop delivers to a local DPD pickup point rather than your door, so you can collect when it suits you. Useful if you're out during the day or would rather not have a parcel left in a safe place. Order before 4pm and it's there the next working day.
When is delivery free?
This depends on what's in your basket.
If your order includes at least one product from XL Nutrition, The Health Project or Efectiv (shakers don't count), standard delivery is free over £45.
If your order doesn't include any of those brands, standard delivery is free over £80.
Below those amounts, standard delivery is £4.99.
Next working day and Saturday
Saturday is not classed as a working day. So if you order on Next Working Day after 4pm on a Friday, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday, not Saturday. If you need it on a Saturday, choose Saturday Delivery before 4pm on the Friday.
Orders placed after 4pm Monday to Thursday on the Next Working Day service will arrive within 2 working days.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Some postcodes are served by Royal Mail on a 2-5 working day service rather than the options above. The same free delivery thresholds apply.
These postcodes are: PO40, PO41, BT, IM, GY, JE, AB36-38, AB40-49, AB55-56, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE.
International delivery
We deliver to Ireland, Gibraltar, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. Costs are based on the weight of your order.
