I already used the regular High5 Aqua Gels and I bought these to combat dehydration on my longer runs. Nice taste, there is an ever-so-slightly salty hint but not unpleasant, and I definitely think they make a difference.

Not tried high5 before and wanted gells with electrolytes. These taste great, nice consitency and seemed to work quickly. No issues with the tummy either so will be using these going forward.
