Each 10g serving delivers 7.3g of all nine EAAs including L-leucine 3020mg, plus 210mg of magnesium and 95mg of potassium as electrolyte support. What are EAAs and why take them?

EAAs (essential amino acids) are the nine amino acids your body cannot synthesise and must obtain from food or supplementation: leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, histidine and tryptophan. TBJP EAA provides all nine in a leucine-led ratio in every serving - useful through training, between meals, or when training fasted.

When should I drink EAAs around training?

Sip one serving (around 11g in 500ml of cold water) through training. EAAs are particularly useful for fasted training sessions and on cutting plans where total daily protein is tight. They are light on the stomach and refreshing through long sessions. Can also be used between meals.

Can I stack EAAs with creatine or pre-workout?
